It looks like you liked the Farmhouse Ale / Saison style. Try more authentic Belgian Farmhouse ales, American breweries are getting decent at brewing them too. Stillwater has some good ones, Lost Abbey, Boulevard brewing ect..

I've been avoiding anything Belgian for fear of not liking it, after a handful I tried.
Probably my least favorite of all was la Fin Du Monde.

Didn't like:
La Fin Du Monde
Victory Golden Monkey
Three Philosophers
Goose Island Matilda
... I'm sure there were one or two others but I can't think of them right now

Did like:
Hennepin
Saison Dupont
Le Freak
Clown Shoes Muffin Top
Brother Thelonius
Allagash Black

So - what should I try next?
I can get a decent selection of Unibroue though they have me worried for now... Allagash... Ommegang... Pranqster... Brooklyn 1/2... GI Sofie, Jacques
Try duchesse de bourgogne.

You're killing me! I love Fin du monde, Matilda, and Three Philosophers. Knowing that take this with a grain of salt.

You don't have any of the Belgian Trappist beers on either list. Give Rochefort, Achel, and Westmalle a shot just because you should.

You might like some of the La Chouffe hoppy offerings like Houblon.

Rochefort 10 & St Bernardus Abt 12 are the two best Belgian beers I have had.
But I also love Fin du monde and Matilda! :-)

St Bernardus Abt 12 is my all time #1 favorite beer!!!

I was surprised by you and Bill's disdain for this beer, I loved it and thought it was a solid DIPA. Maybe I was drunk? I am going to get more this weekend and find out.

ok, picked up Orval, Ommegang Abbey Ale, Tois Pistoles, and Sofie.

Other options were Chimay, Draak, Orval, Allagash...

Opened the Orval. I feel neutral about it. Nothing wrong with it but doesn't particularly grab me.
