Good Eats>Beef ribs, moink balls, etc....in the pizza oven!

I had a few people over at the house last night for the USC/Hawaii game so I decided to do some beef back ribs, moink balls, potatoes, green salad, and steamed rice.
I loaded the charcoal basket with briquettes in my brick pizza oven for the long and slow burn with a chunk of oak for smoke. The potato wedges roasted with drippings from the ribs above on the rack. I kept everything simple and fast last night, using Sweet Baby Ray's Chipotle bbq sauce for the ribs and moink balls.

looks great! Homemade pizza oven? A friend of a friend did a build like that a couple years ago, looks like it would be very rewarding. I assume "moink" is a shortened version of "moo-oink" meatballs in bacon?

Nice :-) :-)

I am so jealous. I want a wood fired outdoor pizza oven sooo badly, but there is no way in hell that I could get away with it here.

Thanks guys! Since I don't have a large dedicated smoker the pizza oven is the next best thing I have.
