Not to stir the poo..but..

Did anyone else get this? I just got it out of nowhere. And guess what? The link to unsubscribe is dead. How convenient. :-)

I let the admin know that sending emails though a list with no way for the recipient to unsubscribe is a clear violation of the CAN-SPAM act though. :-)

Now to head over the FTC website to report it! :-):-):-)

I did and had the same problem. The non-working unsubscribe link wasn't the only violation of can-SPAM compliance either.

I did the forward routine plus marked as spam in my email reader. Will be interesting to see if these actions get me banned. Don't much care either way.:-)

Got another after unsubscribing also but then I realized my fault. I unsubscribed the email that it got bounced to. Just unsubscribed the original address, hope I don't start getting them on both address's....
