At first glance I would have read that as an auction for a 5-pack too... and if I hadn't checked to find it in the "singles" auction category I still wouldn't be entirely clear since the title mentions "5 single cigars". You'd never get away with such a misleading title on eBay (if they allowed cigars). The buyer would have a legitimate dispute.

Yeah, plus, MSRP is $8.25 BEFORE state and local tobacco tax, and sales tax. That is also if you can find them at MSRP. I think a 5er at $46 would be gone in less than 30 minutes here. (unless I didn't see it for an hour) :-)

am I missing something .... on this site you bid on how much you would pay for a single stick in a 5 pack? It clearly state he got 5 qty so within that 5 qty hes paying 45 a stick?
