Good Eats>Brazilian BBQ - AKA The Meat Train

I thought my kids were going to a birthday party tonight, and I was going to have a chance to hit the cigar bar, but it turns out I have my son. Change of plans. Now, we're doing a boys night out to our favorite restaurant. Ipanema Grill in Scranton, PA. Our local Brazilian BBQ.

Basically, they keep bringing different types of meat out to your table, they slice pieces off and you take all you want. Really looking forward to this one. I'm already hungry.:-)

I wish my son was old enough. Still no smoking in the house and it's too cold out to enjoy.

Gotcha, got cold here again this week, I'll be in Vegas on Sunday though, should be plenty warm to smoke.

I live in the area with the highest concentration of Brazilians in the US (Framingham, MA). There's many Brazilian BBQ's around here and everyone goes to them. Most are not "they come to the table", but are buffet lines with hot and cold Brazilian food that is weighted at the check out line.

Experienced one of those restaurants on our last cruise. I'm pretty sure I ended up in a meat coma.
