For anyone that is in the market for a watch winder, I found an awesome deal on a wolf Heritage 6 watch winder. It's an older model but brand new on overstock.com. They are having an anniversary sale with 25% off and there is a coupon you can activate for an additional $50 off. Retails for about $2,500, listed for $983, $737 after 25% off, and a final cost of $687 after the $50 off coupon. $687 for what usually goes for $1,000-$1,200 on Amazon and other places.
https://www.overstock.com/coupons, click on $50 off order of $600 to activate

Enjoy!!

I got the Wolf 456002 Watch Winder from Amazon about a year ago, and it's been great so far. Super quiet and looks very stylish. It's a bit on the pricier side but totally worth it. Here's the
Amazon link and a good
review for people who wants more info.
Good luck!

That is one pretty watch. It made me start shopping around for one (just a little too big for my wrist). One of these days I'll have to get around to posting pix of my sad little collection. I just got a new Luminox 3059 Men's EVO Navy SEAL Orange Colormark in the mail yesterday.

I just have a Apple Watch but my mom and grandma both have Rolex’s. My uncle has about 10 in a safe that he never wears. My mom has a Tag too but never really wore it after my dad got her the Rolex for their 10th wedding anniversary in like 2004.

These are my two latest. Seems I just discovered Orient watches and I love them; 21,600 bps, hacking and hand winding in-house movements. Sorry I haven't had the chance to photograph my actual pieces. I think I got the last Maestro available online. You can't tell from the pictures but the hands and markers are a deep cobalt blue. I took the bracelet off of it and put on a vintage style coffee brown leather strap. Actual photos to come.

How are you enjoying the MontBlanc, Julian? I've had one of their XXL GMT Chronos for a around 15 years now and always liked it.
And good call on the Orient, Darren. For the money, they are hard to beat. I've been wearing one of theirs with a blue dial as my pool/vacation watch for a few years. It's by far the best value watch I own and I've recommended them to a lot of folks.

Not sure who makes the MontBlanc, but as a part of Richemont, there are plenty of good shops who can produce a nice watch.
Does MontBlanc have a dedicated manufacture for watches or just a run from one of their other factories?

I was just reading that it's an in-house movement; pretty impressive. Here's a link:

Didn’t get it... couldn’t find it locally and have been too busy to travel to see it. While I love the unique face layout I started to think I might prefer something more classic. I was also reading mixed opinions about the quality of Montblanc. Another strong contender was this:
https://www.glashuette-original.com/...90-02-42-32-05 ... But I’m now leaning towards this Nardin:
