As I am a fat kid I'll use BBQ to explain
Good and Cheap - Pork shoulder at home, doesn't cost a lot but takes time to get it good and tender
Good and Fast - Think great BBQ restaurant, you will get to eat faster than if you make it yourself but you are gonna pay a premium
