I wish I was in your weather after 24+ inches of snow and good choice of cigar and beer :-):-)

Got Ale Asylum mercy in my glass and letting it warm up a tad. I really love this beer. There are so many flavors going on at one time it's insane, some fruit notes some wood.

First beer of the day and can already feel the 9.5 abv in this one.

Cheers

It may not be fancy but there isn't anything wrong with Anchor Steam :-)

For me tonight - Point Cascade Pale Ale from Point Brewery in Stevens Point, WI. A very good hoppy pale.

I've been to Stevens Point. The thing that amazes me is this stuff has started popping up in liquor stores where I live which is about 1200 miles from Stevens Point.

Finished a Smuttynose Porter.

Its one of my top favorite Imperial Stouts. Very balanced and you dont taste the 9% alcohol. Its just so damn good but a little on the expensive side. It seems to run around $8-10 a 4 pack around here

Some IPA home brews and an Abbey ale who's name I can't remember since the bottle is outside and I'm lazy.

Feeling well enough today to have a Sam Adams Cream Stout.

Man, that brings back memories. When I was in my late teens, we used to drive up to Stevens Point the beginning of every summer and buy a sh*tload of cases of Point Beer for $4 a case with a $1 deposit per case. Couldn't get it anywhere but near Stevens Point back then....and at $4 a case, how could a bunch of underage kids go wrong? :-)
