But a 4-0 sweep? Did you not see Game 1?
As I said, minus the 1 inning in game one where we lost the lead, this would have been a 4-0 sweep. (Edit: I see how that wasn't worded too well)
I'm not getting ahead of myself here, the Yanks have been know to win a few games in a row. This is just great to see
:-)

Gotcha.
Since tonight's game is currently in the 9th, it was easy to conclude that you thought tonight's victory would complete a sweep.
The Rangers have certainly played well.

Who's on first.
It sure isn't a Yankee.

the Rangers are looking very good. Hate to be to positive and jinx them. Anyway, another good game, i think they could go all the way.

Stick the fork in, the Yankees are done.
This Texas team is playing great and deserve to be going to the World Series where the Yankees have no business there.

I want to thank the Yanks for beating the Twinkies. But I'm still happy they are losing to the Rangers
:-) And to think it could have very easily been a sweep for the Rangers
:-)

Should have been a sweep for the Rangers. Oh well!

Kinda poetic. Texas comes into their house and sticks to the all the guys who left for greener pastures. And by greener pastures I mean, money.
:-)
Maybe A-Rod and Texeira can cry together after today.
And as I stated a few pages back, that late comeback in Game 1 was a devestating loss, but it was a fluke. The Rangers have hit better late in the game, pitched better, run bases better and overall outplayed the Yankees in this series.
I think it's pretty safe to the say that either NL team wouldn't beat the Rangers. The Phillies are hitting horribly at the moment.

It ain't over yet. Things don't look good for the Yanks, but i've seen crazier comebacks happen.

I remember the 2004 ALCS. Yankees were up 3-0 in the series and managed to blow 4 straight games against the Red Sox.
