ok, I took a walk to the city center today, which was a bit more then was good for me as I barely made it home, and the concert was a drain on my energy too (but lots of fun), I'll probably sleep a lot tomorrow.

good news, doc said that I can smoke again, but that I should take it slow and don't puff 5 cigars a day, but one or two a week for the next few weeks.

Friends who had the same (or alike) surgery told me that they weren't able to smoke for months, and couldn't smoke a complete cigar at once. I am so happy that I can
:-) now 3 more weeks and I can have an alcoholic beverage to go with my cigars

the smoking part of the herf will be good, the drinking part is still a question, I probably won't be able to drink a lot of booze as my stomach is very small.

went on the scale this morning, lost 60lbs so far. My original weight was 390, my weight when I went into surgery was about 360lbs and now I'm at 330lbs.
