Moral here: It's a loooong season. :-)
made a few adjustments today.. bottom line i'm just glad my drafts werent a waste since i really dont know whos who in this league anymore... all the legends are leaving. The days where you could easily name a few superstars on every team are gone.

Thinking about dropping an injured player but it's d2d so I'm holding out.

Amazing what a week can hold. Went from 11th place to 4th place. :-)
MedicCook 09:55 PM 11-02-2009
I did not have a ton of games this past week.

Finally making my way out of the basement.

Would one of you in the rookie league post the standings for the rest of us that can't see them? It would be cool to see how things are going for all of you.

i looked at my team yesterday and realized my starting goalie, RW, LW and a D were on IR.. that might have had something to do with it
MedicCook 09:56 PM 12-03-2009
I have the leading scorer and nobody to help him out.
GHC_Hambone 10:12 PM 12-03-2009
Delightful, my team came through with a -10 rating today.

Can someone in the league do me a favour. What is my yahoo username?

I cleared my cookies and I can't for the life of me figure it out

I have an account that I thought it was but damn if that works.

If you can check it or send me an email at whatever email is listed that would help.

I need to update my rosters.

Thanks
SilverFox 09:51 PM 12-04-2009
Phew finally figured it out.

I don't usually use an underscore.

Back in taking care of my team

Doing what Al Davis wants his team to do. :-)

Ok can someone who has a much larger brain than me explain how the scoring works on this system.

How can one have 7 goals and 4 assists
Be plus 4
Goalies even (1 win 1 loss)

And drop 2.5pts

Is it based on a total number of points for the entire league and then your relative position within that range of points changes???

:-):-):-)
icehog3 09:13 AM 12-13-2009
Shawn, click on "standings" in the dropdown menu from the "league" icon. That should explain how the points move every day.

If you were 1 assist ahead of me, and I got 6 assists last night, I would gain a point and you would lose a point in the standings, notwithstanding what everyone else did. If Joe was one win behind you and his goalies got 2 wins last night to tie you in wins, that would be another .5 point. Now multiply this by all the teams and hopefully you can see how it works.

Let me know whatever other questions you have if that doesn't clear it up, Shawn.

SmokeyJoe 04:35 PM 12-14-2009
Had a down night last night... hope my guys turn it around. I am enjoying third place right now! :-)
