Just came in from torching a Lito Gomez Diez Puros Chisel...remembering it being a bit stronger. Wondering if my palate has changed that much from smoking all these maduros????

Slow Aged 826 Glorioso Maduro I love the robusto size of this cigar and this Toro size was very tasty as well. Thanks to Jeff (Kreth) for this smoke.

Glad you enjoyed it, Doug. I love these sticks on the golf course. They usually last 13 or 14 holes, I don't have to babysit the burn, and they don't go out while I'm 3-putting.

I wondered about the strength of the newer LGD's as well. Much milder than the batch from a couple of years ago. Taste is very similar but the nic kick of the ligero just didnt seem to be there any more.

Old Henry Maduro, meh.
I enjoy an aged regular Old Henry, but this maduro was kind of bland. Started off a bit harsh, but mellowed after the first inch. Just not a whole lot of the flavors I seem to like now, not likely I will revisit this one soon.

Smoked my first La Gloria Cubana tonight. It was a gift from a friend. That was a very nice smoke although I have to admit it kicked my butt a little.
