Accessory Discussion / Reviews>Cooled Cabinet Humidor Project
jds78 09:57 PM 05-27-2009
Thanks everyone, I appreciate the comments. As Jordan (JE3146) mentioned it was my wife's brother that built the cabinet. I'll be sure to pass along the kind words. I had to google Norm Abram to find he is the guy from the New Yankee Workshop. My brother-in-law actually said there wasn't anything terribly difficult about the project, just that it was such a large project. I don't believe him. Anyway, I'm just glad it's finished so I can finally enjoy it.
Thanks again everyone.

It is a beautiful piece. :-) I long for the day when I can have something even half as nice as that in my place. :-) Coolers are starting to annoy me. :-)

You win the prize brother. I've yet to see another work posted that comes close to what you guys have created and I don't think I will see one in the future either. It really is beautiful. May you enjoy it in good health.
:-)

Thanks Stogieboy, that makes it a lot easier, I should have done that in the first place. I'm new to on-line forums and I'm still finding my way around.

It’s going to be a few years before it's full. Between building the cabinet and two kids in 16 months the cigar budget is shot. Here’s what I’ve got now.

Nothing too exciting; some sale stuff, a few boxes I picked up in Cuba and some NC’s.

What an awesome humi.

The real question is did you hug your sister today for marrying such a craftsman?
