Ya, it's a good "can have more than one" style Stout. Nice roasted coffee notes, decent body, but isn't a "4 pack and need a cab to get home" which I find with most craft beers.
Ipswich is a solid local brewer that does not chase the fads of the moment. Be curious to read your impressions as I know you like Guinness as do I.

It is an Imperial Red aged for 8 months in Heaven Hills bourbon barrels. Limited to 2,600 bottles.
