Must be winter, as it is sleeting/snowing/raining, and that calls for a classic Manhattan.
2 (or so) measures of Makers Mark, 1 (yes one full part, you heathens) Sweet Vermouth, a couple dashes of Angostura Bitters, shaken with a Boston shaker containing crushed ice and strained into a ice chilled glass.
