Congrats to Martin Truex Jr. for winning yesterday's NASCAR race and for breaking a 218 winless streak with his last win back in June of 07'. Good morning all, the coffee is on and a big congrats to the Chicago Blackhawks for winning this year's Stanley Cup in the NHL. The Boston Bruins gave them a run for their money and it was a great final either way. The Yankees are back in town starting a 3 game series tonight versus the Texas Rangers. They have two night games and then on Thursday they have a day game which starts at 1305 (1:05pm) which i'll enjoy being at with my 2 buddies Bill Latta (Bravo Lima) and Michael Schulman (Mr. CPA). Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's "Hump Day". It was nice to see the Yankees win last night and hopefully they can continue that for a few more games. We'll be going down to the game today which has the first pitch being thrown at 1305 (1:05pm). It's the rubber game of the matchup and hopefully we take it and post up another "W". Great cigars all day, excellent dinner at Frankie & Johnnies "The Pines" http://www.fjpine.com/main.html in Bronxdale and then great cigars for the ride home. All in all, a super day. The NASCAR racers are on this evening roughly at 1930 (7:30pm) at Kentucky Motor Speedway with some good ole' Saturday night racing under the lights. Good afternoon everyone, an early day (0400) here at West Point as the new class of Cadets showed up for their first day (Roughly 1150 of em'). The weather couldn't be any better for them (rain with thunder and lightening). Sports wise, the Yankees are falling fast to last place, I think they are on a 5 or 6 game loosing streak now.
