Blackhawks hung with them early, but Wings were to much late in the game. This was how I believed it would be. And will continue to be. Open style of hockey is the Wings game. It was Chicago who look a little dazed and confused towards the end of the game. Now don't get me wrong I know this was only one game and that Chicago will challenge the Wings. But I stick by my prediction of a 5 game series.

Would be sweet to catch a game in Chicago but I'm sure tickets are outrageous

Wings played their game, and the Hawks played the Wings game. No way the Hawks can beat the Wings that way. Hawks only hope is to put the puck in deep and forecheck. If they do that, they have a chance. If they do not do that, they don't. I think (read: hope) the Hawks are smart enough to make that adjustment, and make a series out of it. I will be suprised if the series is over in less than 6 games.

That being said, Congrats on the win James. :-)

Missed the Wings/Hawks game, but will hopefully be able to watch a little bit of the Pens/Cans game. Stupid finals and papers are all due the next two weeks.
