General Discussion>Wristwatch collectors out there?
macsauce13 01:11 PM 06-17-2013
I'm on a hunt for one of these (http://imgur.com/a/IlauS) in great condition. I've been told it should go for a price around $150, but it's looking like that might be an outdated range. Anyone have one they'd like to get rid of or know of any sources to get it at an affordable price?

Found some on Google and they aren't close to $150 at all.

Just as clarification, I'm not looking for the gold version, which is worth $2,000 or more. Just the stainless steel which seems to have jumped in price to $300 plus. :-)

Thanks for looking though!

Unrelated to anything...

Anyone know what model Breitling were the ones pictured in the movie "The Skulls", you know, the ones given at the ceremony to cover up the branding they do on the wrist... the ones with the HUGE DEEP face and all metal band...?

when I make my first million I had decided that will be my gift to myself... :-)

<Continue watch banter... >

Very Nice Watch BTW...

I was in the market for a new large quartz diver (for cheap) I found this Momentum M1 Deep 6 200m diver that fit the bill, I have had the Momentum/St. Moritz brand in the past and found them to be nice watches for the $$$. This one cost me $129 and free shipping.

This is my Bernhardt Officer's Watch, made as a limited edition for the Badger & Blade forums. It has a Swiss Unitas movement, and Swiss components, but assembled in the USA. Once I've got some more play money I'd like to get one of Bernhardt's Binnacle Anchor watches.
