Those are smokin great right now too. Had one a few months back and it seemed to be in a sick period. Was gifted a couple by a regular at work and they were
:-). I need to smoke a Cab L-300 again sometime soon. Love those tasty little SOBs.

LFD Mystery stick is a good one. Lighting up one of the 2013 TAA Double Press Maduros in the shed at Volts tomorrow. Looking forward to it.
:-) :-) :-)
Gonna let the few LFD Cigar Festival sticks I have sit for awhile, they feel a tad "spongy" and may not be ready just yet.

Enjoyed a LFD Air Bender Maduro (6.5x54) this morning with a good cup of Café Bustelo thanks to fellow squid Jake (688sonarmen).

I generally punch cut anything 50 rg and over as I did on the Barn Maduro. In addition, I was letting this stick rest about 1 1/2 minutes or so between puffs. Thus, it produced some really nice flavors over the 100+ minutes I spent with it. Again, a very nice enjoyable smoke:-)

Ive been punching my cigars as well lately to try and concentrate the flavors and I like a more firm draw. I have read where this can be done on a chisel but have never tried it. It said to punch only one layer/side of the wrapper/binder about 1/2 inch from the tip.

That's an interest note Jake. Guess a trip to Valencia Cigars is in order this weekend:-)

As if some of Litto's smokes weren't tough enough (ie Digger, DL 700) you might want to try and man handle the double ligero "A" Oscuros (9.00 x 48). I laid up a couple boxes a few months ago. They are an investment in time, but after a huge steak you can tackle 'em To make sure I have some coffee with lots of sugar available.
