Direct TV is planning on canceling Fox channels from its service on November 1st, 2011...including FX.

The shootout scene has them all ducking down and you can see him. Then the scene where they are diving out of the room and into the bar, also.

Once I heard the speculation of whether or not he was dead, I watched to previews pretty closely.
