I set my self up for it, and now I gotta eat crap. Not the first time, certainly not the last.
I Just hope Cashman discretely slipped a blank check under the visiting clubhouse door.

It's not over yet, but we need the next 2 games.
Don't want to go back to Texas down 3-2

Lee was nasty last night. I also was a little shocked to see the Yanks give up that many runs late in the game. That's never good. Didn't even give em' a chance in the 9th.

Texas hits the ball better late in games. And once they get a couple guys on base, they'll chew up Yankee relievers.

If anything, the Yankees will lose this series in New York. 4-1. That first game was literally a fluke. Texas is the better ballclub, pretty much all areas considered.

Texas will have a great chance to keep that scoring going with AJ on the mound.

WTF is Girardi thinking?

Sebathia on short rest would really be a better start?

I admit I'm no Yankee fan, but Cliff Lee was awesome last night. That was just a great pitching performance no matter which team you're rooting for.

Have you ever looked at CC's numbers on short rest. He is the exception to the rule. He was not good his last 2 starts becuase of the long rest between starts.

CC can pitch good on short rest. At least the numbers show that.

You better hope so. I don't think the Yankees want to see Lee again in game 7.

The Rangers got screwed on the 1st HR. Clearly fan interference.

The ball was in the crowd as he was reaching up into the fans. That is fair game. The umps got Berkman's HR correct with the review.

Question: what is that rope "necklace" a lot of the pitchers wear?
