Give the HOTW a fair shake... it grows on you. Tastes a lot better when it dries out a bit, IMO.

Kentucky Club Continental Blend.

Some friends gave me this a few years ago and I didn't like it originally.

I poured half a glass of Wild Turkey 80 proof in to it and let it set. No mold surprisingly. But it vastly improved the flavor and smell!

Smoked some P.S. Nougat earlier. Not too shabby for a cheap bulk aromatic. Half way through a bowl of G.L.Pease's Westminster. This blend gets some massive review but it hasnt "wowed" me yet...

Fired up some H & H - AJ's Va/Per courtesy of SlowT. I must say, that with some age on this blend it's damn good. I had smoked it months ago fresh and wasn't impressed. Might have to snag a pound or three and stash it away for a bit.

Fired up another bowl of AJ's Va/Per. 1/2 way through a bowl of Solani 633. Been great day, been sitting on the back porch all afternoon with my pipe watching my two boys clobber each other and play.

Think I may need to get another Va/Per dedicated pipe.

Final pipe of the night some GLP's Westminster. This blend seemed ok at first. Only my 4th bowl. Going to give it another shot in my last English pipe then I feel like this one going ot make it on the trading block like a used hooker.
