Good morning all and yes, the coffee is on after we lost our power for a few hours last night as well as this morning. The storm was pretty radicle with high winds and sideward rain. The Yankees game was postponed as well putting Andy Petite's return on hold. Today is my last work day for this week as Beth and I celebrate our anniversary tomorrow and we have a few special things planned. I hope everyone has a happy "Hump Day" and enjoys it as well....... Good morning all and yes, the coffee is on and I'm on day two of our mini vacation. We had a great day yesterday down in NYC, checked out the Intrepid and saw all the planes and the shuttle. Walked all through town and stopped in at Nat Sherman's and BS'd with Michael Herklots and the guys while enjoying one of their newest blends. Had a few cold ones with Beth at Hofbrau House NYC and mad a lot of new friends there. It was good to hear that the Yankees won again and remain on top of the leader board. The Bombers take on Oakland this weekend and the NASCAR racers are in New Hampshire as well. I hope everyone has a relaxing one and enjoy....... :-)

These two teams will play one more today starting at 1305 (1:05pm). There's a few good NFL games on today also as well as the NASCAR race. Great sports day to enjoy the fresh air and relaxation. Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's already "Hump Day'. Well, it was good to see the Yankees win again last night and this time in the bottom of the 12th with a walk off single from Ibanez after he hit a 2 run homer in the bottom of the 9th to tie it. Baltimore also won so we are still 1 game ahead and with tonight's game being the last game of the regular season, it's a must win for us to stay a top of the AL East. Time for a little rest and then lets get this playoff season started. We got a busy weekend with the MLB playoffs kicking off, lots of college football to include working tomorrow's Army vs Boston College game here at West Point and of course trying to catch some of the NASCAR racing from Talladega, AL both Saturday and Sunday. Their series is now tied a game a piece and the next 3 games will be played here in NY starting tomorrow evening at 1930 (7:30pm).
