OMG...I think I need to change my pants! A stout that was aged in rum barrels, named after Niels Bohr, father of the Bohr atomic model that was a foundation to my collegiate education. DAMN!!!

It's not difficult when you're a true geek, to begin with (chemist), and throw in two of my favorite adult beverages (stout and rum).

Well that sucks, Tony. I will let you know what I think in about 20 mins
:-)

Well that was a bit longer than 20 mins but I had to finish the 4 pack to get a true result.
I liked it. It's not quite the same as last years brew but still very good. The Apricot flavor seems to be much more muted for some reason.

Great looking haul! I love Dirty Bastard and though I've never had it, the Surly Furious is on my must try list. And some Woodford to boot
:-)

I think I am getting the hang of this.........MAN, Greg, I almost picked up that Roquefort today
but it was JUST outside my desire to spend money today, it was 6 and change after I already
had these 3 packs and a bottle of Bacardi Select and one of E.W. Single Barrel. Just couldn't
justify it today.

$4.50 a bottle seemed like a good price from what I have seen elsewhere. I have seen this stuff as high as
$18 a freaking bottle, generally in the 8-11 buck range. I guess there is a reduction with the 4 pack anyhow,
but $17.99 was an easy choice. And that's the problem, isn't it?? Freakin 18 bucks a sixer for
BEER??

:-) Brad you have yet to learn.....beer is no cheaper than cigars.
If I'm going on the less high end size I'm happy to get away with $18 a sixer. Most often it's more like $30-$35
Rochefort Trappistes 10 is like $8-$8.50 for an 11.3oz
DFH WWS is $10 for a 12oz
Avery Mephistopheles is regularly $8-12 for a 12oz
Plenty more but you get the point. Beer is certainly not cheap.

Agree 1000%. There was no apricot. I think they confused it with the 60 min. I was realllllllllly disappointed.
