Here's another shot that I took with a friends pt-N-shoot. A great place to bring your new car.

Need help. I need a lens wider than 50mm. Shooting on a 5D body. Im looking at the 20mm 2.8 or the 17-40 F4. Keep in mind If im spending roughly double it should be twice the lens. Also if I have missed any gems please turn me onto them.
Any and all help appreciated.

What's your budget and what do you plan to use the lens for?

Most stock lenses aren't spectacular but don't let it keep you from making great images. 95% of all lenses are better than 95% of all photographers.
I have sold images I took on my kit Canon lens. Even todays kit lenses are better than yesterdays expensive glass.
