Shawn, I am assuming because the cigar is so old and the condition it appears to be in it is not smoke-able, or is it?

I may smoke it... but I doubt it seriously! I may keep it for conversation piece.
The shop owner siad they should be ok to smoke.

They're definitely smokeable! A friend of mine brought back some 90 yr old cubans from April '09 and we smoked them at a herf Dec' 09... The cigar was
a "petite perfecto" very mild until the last inch! I quickly turned into a med-full bodied & very flavorful stick! That was the first cuban that I smoked! One of those you'd have to have "been there/done it" to fully understand!

Yeah, I've been curious about the Bahia Maddy's. Might try 1 tonight. The Fonseca I smoked ROTT and it was decent. Only has the El T's in the lancero. Looking forward to trying those as well.
This was my little engagement present to myself, since I haven't bought anything in about a month. Got engaged Saturday. :-)
