Pretty big difference between the 5.56 and .308. The .308 will require an AR10 lower. The nice thing about the 5.56 lower is that it's less expensive and there are a lot more upper options. YMMV
I liked the 6.8 enough that I sold all of my 5.56 stuff.
:-)
With the way prices went last year I wish I would have held onto everything...but the 6.8 is that fun to shoot.
My .308 is fun too!

A 9mm version of the LCP would be so sweet, do you have a source on that rumor? Seems like all they'd have to do is make the magazine a bit longer from trigger to backstrap, and test it for durability. I'd much rather buy a Ruger than a Kahr or Kel-Tec, which I've read mixed reviews on. That would be one I could really get excited about, that power to size & weight ratio would really be near the top of the list.

Man, I would love to shoot a USP. I've never shot a USP. I might get up to the D one of these months for one of the Ohio/MI HERF's
Thanks for the offer

Anyone who's ever gone shooting with me knows I'm pretty generous with ammo.
But hell.. if it got you to Oregon.. sure thing man. I'd even give you a place to stay.
Just not Thursday

If y'all are wanting something along the lines of an LCP but with more stopping power, have you looked at the LCR? It can shoot +P .38 cal.

Yeah, but it's got to compete with the SP101 .357, 2 1/4 inch barrel DAO model in my book, which is heavier but handles the .357 round well. An LCP-9 would be sweet mostly due to its slimness from not having that wheelgun circumference. Dang now I'm thinking about that SP101 again
:-) I need to stay off this thread!
