All good beers!

Always like to have a variety in the fridge. Always like to have a surprise or two when guests come over. Shiner Bock is the standard most of the time. Sometimes you just never know what I'll have.

BTW, that's good stuff.
Personally, I would like to fully reveal myself as a poseur by stating that
JUST yesterday, and despite
my love of stout, I have decided that Delerium Tremens is my favorite beer. It's got all the lip-smacking
sweetness and tang of a good mountain dew and the carbonation of a beer. I know it has all the makings
of a disaster, I will fall out of love right after stocking up, but DAMN THAT'S SOME GOOD $HI+.

That is pretty good stuff. A few friends and I got to try some last year before it was released.

If you haven't tried any of the offerings from Wild Heaven, the Ode To Mercy is a fantastic Brown ale and be on the lookout for Kennesaw's newest brewery Burnt Hickory Brewing. I should note that Terrapin is my favorite GA brewery, Wake N Bake is in my top 10 favorite beers.
Just found this post. I love SweetWater, Happy Ending is a very good beer.
If you like Malts Terrapins 10th Anniversary beer is said to be the best they've ever produced (according to the liquor store crews opinions). I didn't like it but I don't like sweet, fruity/spiced beers.
I've still got a few bottles of Jailhouse to try...wild heaven is now on the queue.

Had a Porterhouse Oyster Stout last night. It was quite interesting. Had a hint of sweetness to it and was rather light for a stout. I actually liked it quite a bit

Somebody tell me about saisons. Being as it is getting hot out now, they "sound" like something that might be in my wheelhouse. I picked up a Ommegang Hennepin the other day to drink this weekend. Others to try?

Saison Dupont (Dupont makes several, all good to great)
The Bruery makes a couple saisons (Saison de Lente)
Cigar City makes a couple (Guava Grove, Table Saison, Florida Cracker (wit ale, but close))
Here's a list: (many don't get distributed to FL though)
