Funny Brendan, I'm drinking Torpedo IPA at the moment. Good, but not great

The Harpoon is one of those "I grew up with it" beers for me. Trout River's Rainbow Red is another. I'd never tell anyone they're the best beers out there, but I definitely don't mind drinking them.

I had a Red Poppy Ale this weekend. It was fantastic.
So, I need recommendations for other sour ales that aren't $17 for a bottle.

Try New Belgium La Folie. It has some similar flavors and is around 10 bones a bottle.

Deviant Dale's IPA. Very tasty and a pleasant surprise (didn't care for Gubna IPA)

Had a few Sam Adams Summer Ale's this evening. I think this is my favorite of the Sam Adams seasonals.

Wanted to mention: had an Ommegang Art of Darkness the other night. Very good Belgian Dark, fruity & tart but also nice roasted & sweet caramel notes. Interesting and was on special at $5 for an 8oz pour, thought that was a pretty good deal.
