That last quarter was embarrasing
That was bad. I thought we had a chance in the third quarter, but then they started sucking again.

True. The third quarter was the best football the Panthers have played since the game against Arizona.

As an original Houston/Tennessee fan, I'm a bit sad after the loss today.
I know I shouldn't have been, and wish the lost came against the NFC (I'd much rather have lost to GB, Minnesota, or Chicago)... I remember the last team to lose one game all year long, and I'm sure that the Patriots loyal fans would have preferred the loss to come in November.
Jeff Fisher is probably the best head coach in the game, and he'd be much more likely to put starters up on the shelf once home field was clenched.
A few thoughts on the game:
Tennessee's running game was absent again today, and the defense gave up a bit more 'short yardage' passes than they should have.
Brett Favre is still a real threat, and the J E T S are one game closer to winning one of the toughest divisions in football.
Kerry Collins is
still the answer to the QB
non-controversy. I felt sorry for the Titans receivers who kept getting hit directly on the hands and between the numbers all day.
I'm pulling hard for the Chargers tonight. Would be nice to lock down the division sooner so that guys can rest.

Green Bay v. New Orleans game is a close one tonight. Not a bad game.

Congrats to the 2008 AFC South Division Champion Tennessee Titans!
A Jets loss brings a first round bye, and things are looking good at the half!

Went to Qwest field today to see my beloved Pats on the road against the hawks. First time Ive gotten to go to a pats game in ten years! Wow, Talk about some bad defenses. Felt good there though, and reminded me of how much I miss being able to go to games.
