Peter, the one thing I forgot to mention; get yourself a good large grill mat to place under your Traeger to protect that nice patio. I just picked up a new black rubber Diamond tread grill mat at Costco for 12.00 to replace my old one. :-)

That's kind of a bummer. When they were up here last year, I remember the rep had five or six different types of pellets with him.
