Nice game. I was only hoping the Bills would win so we could get the "Will they go undefeated?" BS out of the way. That and I hate to see cheaters win.

Pats win in a rout: 49 - 10

If Brady gets an owie, subtract 6 points for each quarter he misses.

I would have been happier with 49-10

Dumbass .... situational awareness is drilled into NFL players heads day in and day out. WTF was he thinking, take a knee and win the game ... naw, I want stats. Well you got a stat and you probably also got your ass kicked by your teammates after the game.

Interesting note in Peter Kings' column in SI.com today:

For a reason that even Tom Brady couldn't fathom, he entered the huddle in Monday night's season-opener against Buffalo down 11 with 5:32 left in the game and, eerily, predicted the future.
"Get your hats on,'' Brady said. "We're gonna score before the two-minute warning, get the ball back, then we're gonna score again and win this thing!''

Sure is nice to have him back.

Once a cheater, always a cheater in my mind. Belichick was proved to be a cheater.

What about any player that has ever had a holding penalty or other infraction? The taping probably had as much effect on game outcomes as a single non-call holding penalty on the O-Line.

Comparing a hold to spying on other teams is ridiculous. You can't tell me that knowing the defensive play calls of the opposing team had little effect. Besides that, the effect that cheating has is inconsequential. It is the principle.

Gonna have to agree with Sawyer on this one... He knew he was cheating. He admitted to cheating.
