Heard the same thing last night at the stadium. Sunday doesn't look great either though, so if it is constant rain, they'd have no choice but to play on Monday. We'll see.

Kinda why I was hoping for 2 days of rain lol, but if Yanks are up 3-0, we can put up with a little Gaudin

I am sure they will be doing everything possible to get the game in tonight.

He has been great for the Yankees. They have won each of his starts. Of course he has not pitched in a while which is never a good thing.

With that bullpen, all they need is 5 good innings from Chad.

They could just use the bullpen of Robertson, Coke, Joba, Hughes & Mo and throw a perfect game.

Yep'per, and Lackey wasn't lacking either - once he got his hook working.

I went out for a quick Sabroso, and Hayzeus Kreese, is it raw outside! Colder than the proverbial sorceress's mammary! I'd hate to try to play tonight.

I think the cold hurts the Angels more than the Yankees.

Now I'm a "glass half full" kinda guy Ryan, but the above isn't a pretty picture, no matter how you slice it

Look how bad CC pitched against the Angels this year and then he goes out and own's them last night.

If Gerardi continues to "over-manage," though he did a MUCH better job last night than in the ALDS, you will see exactly what you wrote above. The hope being that Gaudin doesn't give up too many runs prior to the bullpen march in.

We're not really going to compare Chad Gaudin to CC Sabathia here are we?

The hidden gem in the Yankees bullpen is Robertson. He does not get much press with all the other guys in there but he has awesome stuff.

Impressed the hell out of me against the twins coming in in the situation he did.

63 Ks in 43.2 innings this year and then that amazing job getting out of the jam against the Twins. The bullpen for the Yankees looks better than ever with all the young arms in it.

Are you the president of the Chad Gaudin fan club?
:-)
Just kidding with you, but agree anything can happen and I'd love to see him step up, if he has the opportunity.
Hell, he could be pitching to close it out!
