Have any of you bought from the gray market dealers in the orient? I am in the market for a Tag Heuer 1887.

Yes. I bought my IWC from a Malaysian watch place online. It was a long time ago and forgot the name, but there are many in Asia that are 100% legit. Better Swiss watch scene in Singapore than Switzerland from a consumers perspective.

I love to play off watches now and again. I seem to lease them as I turn them over fairly frequently..

Is that the Big Pilot? Very fancy, Wow!
The part that allows the watch to wind up to 7 days is made by a company down the street from our Swiss office. I think that part alone is like $60; not to mention the customization IWC does to it.

Yep, Big Pilot in Stainless. I love the 7 day reserve!!!
My other watch I wear in summer a lot doesn't have the amount of days left for the power reserve dial. Just an indicator with a red zone on the bottom. I wish it had a more precise time table.

The platinum Big Pilot is on my Lottery list, should I ever win it. I love the blue dial and strap.

I have a sweet spot for Vacheron over Patek even if Patek is more sought after.
