Had a cup of some good "Army coffee" this morning. For those that don't know that that is...you can drink it and clean your weapon with it. I'm

And you can freeze it in winter and ice skate on it and then melt it in summer and drink it!

I've been jonesing on the Brazilian coffee they serve at the hotel and plant here in SP. I"m guessing not quite near Army coffee standards, but close.

This is a great bean roasted lightly. Nice Citrus, buttered toast with honey and light coco. Slightly fruity.

Bought two 1/2lb bags from my local roaster, Cool Beans. Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and Costa Rican Tres Rios. I have been enjoying them both this week.

Very juicy cup. Hint of lemon, citrus and nuts. Very enjoyable. Not much berry flavor in this cup. Roasted 2 days ago.

Colombia "Dos Payasos de Tolima at FC+. w/ 3 days.
Nice deep earthy falvors with a slight nuttyness and some light baking spices.
The last few Colombian's I have roasted, tasted better after 4-5 days. Will have this one again in a couple.

Just kidding... Starbucks Espresso roast. Just starting to advance up this learning curve and needed something to go in my espresso machine.
