Bin 36 Cabernet Sauvignon.
Anyone in the Chicago area should check these guys out. It's a great place for food and drink, but other than that, they have their own brand of wine that's grown and produced in California, which is really good.

The Cab is $20 a bottle, and worth every penny. It's their best bottle, IMO.
