Punch Royal Coronation; haven't bought a box of 'em since but still pick up a couple of singles from time to time.

None yet, but I already know what will be my first, a box of Hemingway Maduros(Signature or Classic, still undecided) come release time, absolutely love those sticks. I have to milk the few I have remaining until then

Montecristo #4 at Singapore Airport, januari 2006. Started to smoke on that vacation to Singapore & Indonesia, on the way back I bought that box. Once I knew more about cigars I bought a box of H.Upmann corona major.

Easily one of the top ten cigars in the entire world. Maybe even top five. No, definately in the top five. They'll knock your dick in the dirt, though. You'll have to man up for this one.
Stop in at the Island Smoke Shop and see Bill, too. There's no way you won't love him. He's as good a brother as a brother gets. :-)
Whenever I am in Florida, I'll always make time to visit Bill. He's top notch.

Man, that's a tough one. It's been a while.
I'm thinking it may have been either a box of Fuente Privadas or Padron Ambassadors. Or something from Hoyo de Monterey???
But I
do remember things didn't hurt as much back then.

I have yet to buy a whole box, but I am putting together a list for when my deployment is over and I will have room to store them.

Great cigar IMHO. I still have a few from a box I purchased at the beginning of the year.

So true! I was looking online at the JR website and noticed it still had my order history from 2008. I bought my first bundle from them and it only cost me $14 for 25 cigars. Albeit they were not super nice but the same bundle goes for around $30 now.

5 Vegas Gold Maduro churchills, which I then promptly destroyed by putting a humi-pillow in the box for several days, awaiting room in my humidor. Horrible burn problems later (as in, it wouldn't stay lit even under constant flame from a dual torch butane lighter) I realized just how wet they had become. After dry boxing for a week I can sort of smoke one, with 'only' 20 or so relights. Yep, I messed them up that badly!

It can be saved my friend, you just need to get them back to the proper humidity level. Gonna need to be patient, it's hard I know.

Sad but true. If you put them in your humidor (assuming it is holding proper humidity) they will eventually level out to the correct humidity. Put them in and let them sit for about 2-3 weeks and they should be good to go.

Thanks for the advice! They're in my humidor now. It's a small one, but it has a good seal, a freshly-calibrated digital hygrometer, and it's holding steady within +/- 1% at 65% with beads. Just have to be patient. Better go buy some that are ready to smoke!
