Got a package in the mail from "Bill" today. I'm not 100% sure who "Bill" is yet, but thank you for a wonderful birthday package. I'm looking forward to the Illusione something fierce. I have already burned the Dunhill, it was mighty tasty. Here is the damage:

That Raising the Steaks rub is great on brisket. Just don't heap it on like you would other rubs. The Dizzy Dust is awesome on pork... especially ribs. My family eats it on lots of stuff though including popcorn!!!
