Cooked me up a Hebrew National dog in the micro-wave (wrapped in several wet paper towels) just until it started to bust - on the bun with hot chili sauce, shredded cheese and mustard - back into the micro-wave to melt it all together.
Man was that good - damn near had to eat it with a fork!

I'm originaly from Maine and there is nothing like a natural casing dog steamed. The kind you get in the deli Shultz, Schonlands or Jordans.......
Any mainers here Know Flo's......the best hotdog stand around.

At the end of a stick, cooked over a campfire, burned to a crisp. Good times.

I burn mine until it's black and crunchy on the outside. It looks disgusting but that's how I like them.

Stuck on a stick, dipped in corn batter and deep fried.
But if you can't get a corn dog then over an open fire can't be beat.

Grill dog until slightly blackened and a pan of Saurkraut heating up. Toast a hoagie bun then put this all together w/ spicy mustard. Sometimes top this w/ onions. Ummmmm, good!!

I can't believe no one said:
Have your woman cook them for you!
(she uses the George Foreman grill - it works well)
