Mark my words:
Tonight I begin a routine again!
Maybe just 45 minutes on the eliptical to start getting back into shape.
I jumped on the scale this weekend and was about 10 pounds over where I thought I was.

It was last night, but 4.4 miles in ~38 minutes. My pace is definitely quicking.

4.25 miles on the treadmill on the "random incline" in 35 min.
Going to start hitting the program a bit harder. I'm running a 7.75 mile trail race in April, and will be doing at least one half ironman tri again this year. PLus I want to improve my times in a couple other tri's over what I did last year.

7.2 on the treadmill today, the first 6.2 in just under 54 mins. Now to run a real 10k to get an official time.
