True, but I don't think that the activity points equal out to the gains that should be made in the gym. I think the activity points are geared more toward cardio and walking/running.
With that said, it's very hard no matter what you use to gain muscle and lose fat.
I'm not knocking WW at all, as it has been very beneficial to me in the past. It's just not what I need at this point in my life. I would recommend WW to anyone who is thinking about using it.

Weighed in at 254 today. Tomorrow is the weekly weigh in. Hope to be at at least 253. That will give me a three pound loss for the week.

I actually saw 189.6 yesterday. Today I'm at 191.0.
I started going to the tanning booth a couple weeks ago cause I don't make vitamin D. It really screws me up, and I generally go a couple times a week all winter. I figure my tan must weigh at least five pounds.
I'm gonna have to start calculating that in.
:-)

Take the tan off before weighing in again, Scott.

quite a bummer, only 1.3lbs lost last week. Makes a total of 21.5 for the last month.

That's still a lot of weightloss in one month, Ferdinand. Don't be discouraged.

Had my first weigh in this morning. Down 4.9 lbs to 233.5.
I need to get a better set of scales. The set I have now isn't great at repeating, so I'm really using an average after stepping on/off a few times. Earlier this morning, it even literally crept up well over a pound after I thought it had stopped.

That's right. I forgot about that.

Still stuck at 190.2.
I've seen the 189 a few times, but it doesn't stick around long.
:-)
The good thing is that I can eat whatever I want and I stay right at 190. I still don't have any desire to eat, but Lisa keeps dragging me around good food.
My daughter has been here all month, and I have to cook for her most days, so I at least get opportunity to eat real food. That's good, too.

Thanks, Vic.

Keep on trying, Scott. You'll break the 190 barrier sooner than later.
:-)
Sounds good, Myles.
