Probably Westvleteren or St. Bernardus. Rochefort 10 is fantastic, it's well worth the $8 or so a 12oz. I've paid it far more times then I can count.

Caught a thread over at BA this morning and saw that Struise Yeast had some Westy up. Looks like they only put a case of each up, limited to 1 bottle per customer. I'm kinda excited. :-)
