The Hunger Games. I read the book, my wife did not and we both enjoyed the movie.
However we both had the same complaint -- the direction and cinematography, left something to be desired. The picture bounces around a lot, with fast jerky motion and out-of-focus shots and this really detracted from the whole experience. Particularly a the beginning where you are trying to pick up the backstory.

In the midst of Tomb Raider on FX. Not a great movie, but kinda fun for a middle of the day thing to have in the background

The Adventures of Tin Tin. Got it for the kids, and I will admit I watched it a second time without them. It's like a cartoon Indiana jones. And I loved the old Indiana jones movies.
