Yankees to play Sweet Caroline after the third inning to show solidarity with Boston tonight.
We hate them on the field, but they are a class organization

Enjoyed seeing Neil Diamond sing "Sweet Caroline" this afternoon. Are you telling me they didn't have the track without him singing?? The echo was horrible...but DAMN was the place loud.

You went to the game Mac?
Story goes that Neil showed up outside the park and called the switchboard and said "Hi I'm Neil Diamond and I'm here. Can I sing? Will you let me sing Sweet Caroline today?"
The guy is just amazing and yes I can't believe they dropped the ball on that and couldn't freaking download an instrumental version at the very least.
Here's the picture he tweeted out after.

Not a good outing against Texas at all so I muted the TV and instead am watching youtube clips of Jerry and Don from games past :P
Just because I freaking LOVE Remy and Orsillo, I remember when Don first started broadcasting he was really flat and seemed out of place but now he and Remy and just classics, some of those west coast extra inning games that would get them punch drunk at 1 and 2 am laughing about all kinds of weird sh!t made for some great broadcasts... one of my favs (besides the guy grabbing his gf's boob on tv)

There was also one where the guy knocked his little kid over to get the foul ball AND spilled his beer on him.

Nice that the two top of the rotation guys are legit stoppers. It's still early in the season, but I don't see any prolonged losing streaks if Lester & Bucholz stay healthy.

What sux's is the two closer are out on the DL Hanrahan is lost for the season, and Bailey has been very fragile.

Sox started with two ace closers... one lost to injures, I think they bought damaged goods?
Hanrahan is out for the season and Bailey sucks.
After last nights game Farrell said changes will be made at closer?
I think a trade for an arm will be coming soon?
