There's still a glitch in the CA matrix for me, too.

I've started going to the gym, which is one of the signs of the apocalypse...



I'm doing a full body workout (7 exercises covering just about everything) twice a week, and doing cardio as many other days as I can - usually walking on the treadmill for 35 mins. I am going to keep increasing the incline to keep myself in that timeframe.


We'll see what happens... lol

Legs today. Kinda abbreviated session. Only seated leg press, leg extensions and hamstring curls. Then got a Charlie horse. :-)

Back day today. I did heavy bent over rows, wide grip pulldowns and cable rows. My lats don't like me right now.

This weekend I took off 2 days, first time I've taken 2 days off in a row for a moment. I'll be doing the same thing this weekend with Harley Homecoming on tap.

Little sore plus tired from the schedule change of going back to work so I took tonight off. We'll see how I feel tomorrow. I'm planning on lifting Thurs so that will be a go no matter what.
