That has to be the greatest picture ever....
Did chest today, nice workout. Tried to keep everything under 1 minute rest. Had to throw my ego out the door because after the first exercise, all my lifts dropped like 20% from my normal 8-10 rep

Chest and triceps tonight.
Flat DB 2x15 each weight increase, then 2x10 last three weight increases
Incline DB 4x15
Skull crushers 5x10
Cable extensions
30 minutes of cardio
Took anti inflammatory 2 hours before my workout tonight, helped a lot with my left shoulder. Go to see the Orthopedic Doc on the 30th, hope find out what is going on or start the process.
Felt good tonight in the gym tonight.

Sunday morning walk with the dawg and workout in the garage:
Standing reverse curls x5/8reps
Standing bicep curls x5/8reps
Standing french press x5/8reps
Standing upright row x5/8reps
Standing press x5/8reps
Lately, I've been working out, resting two days, working out, etc., but yesterday I got real ancy and said "I'm hitting the garage tomorrow for a big workout." Think I'm gonna return to working out every other day again. It just feels good:-)

Staci wanted to go work out today, but since I have work tonight and she doesn't get home till 5, we decided to go early this morning... 5am.
She thought it would be a good idea to take one of my pwo, didn't settle so well with her empty stomach. She threw up half way through her leg workout. Kudos to her though, she did her thing and then went back to the squat rack.
Legs and obliques today. Kept the rest time under a minute, so every set and rep were intense and growling.

Chest day today....my strength on chest seems to be going down every week recently. Not sure if it's the wonky shoulder just getting worse, or my testosterone levels crashing. Wish HGH wasn't so expensive.

Bench is getting better for me... put up 235x3 yesterday (still weighing 150)!

Chest day for me.
And I did not put up 235 x3. Good job Dan.
Flat db press 4x12 (got up to 110s)
Incline bb press 4x8 (got it up to 225)
Hammer strength presses 4x8 (with a drop set)
Cable flys 4x12,10,8,8
Finished off with some arms. Felt pretty good today, maybe it was due to having some carbs in my stomach.

Did a double today. legs, arms, shoulders. Squats, barbell curls, skullcrushers, military presses, leg curls, preacher curls, pushdowns, shrugs. Strong on everything, chest seems to be my only bodypart going backwards in strength.
