Workout morning in the garage:
Standing reverse curls x5/8reps
Standing bicep curls x5/8reps
Standing french press x5/8reps
Standing upright row x5/8reps
Standing press x5/8reps
Bumped-up my weights in biceps, french curls, upright row, and std press. The body was telling me it was time to start pushing it into a new level:-)

Long day today at the gym.
Shoulders and legs, and somehow I even managed to get deads in. I am beat, and I have work tonight too YAY!!! I will not be in the mood to deal with crappy players and dealers tonight.

Shoulder day for me this morning. I think my thick scull is finally going to call the doc and schedule an appointment for the left shoulder. Mucle getting stronger, joint not able to handle and feels week.

Put up 245 on bench for one (weighed 150 at the time)... I think I took a little too much of my pre-workout drink...

For the last couple months, my wife has been going with me every time (so every 2 or 3 days as she couldn't get back into teaching Zumba for a while). She's been loving it and getting much stronger (we just do strength... she does her cardio at other times)... she put up 125 on bench as her 1RM!

Chest day for me, all the benches were occupied with doucherods, so I improvised some sh!t with dumbbells and cables and got a great lift in.
Chest and arms last night, I slacked last week and paying for it today (a bit sore) back and shoulders tonight unless my workout gets interrupted by @sshats like last week
