My current House Blend. A mixture of Colombian Supremo Popoyan and Brazilian.

El Salvador La Montanita Pacamara at City + w/ about 10 days on it. Still delicious. Juicy apple w/ a toasty, coco background.

El Salvador Majahual Tablon La Montana at City+.
Fantastic cup. Hazelnut with a slight Apple Skin twang on the sides of the tongue. Also a lite coco flavor.

New coffee! Colombia Tolima - Felix Guzman Microlot :-) roasted 2 days ago to FC, drip, dollop. This is sweet, a superb cup. Coffee like this, is what keeps me going back to SM. It can't become a favorite, because of the 2 pound limit. But, what a treat to be able to sample something this good
:-) Highly reccommended! Get some while you can. I checked, spendy, but still available. After re-reading the description, I'm gonna try this again at city+, just thru 1st and a little beyond at med heat in the FR.

Just got 2 lbs of that from SM, the other day. In the line up for the next week or 2.

The Colombian, with 4, excellent. I have 1 more batch, roasted lighter, then something new on Sunday.

From where? Me like candy

That was Sweet Maria's. It was very tasty, but I still have memories of the Rwanda FT Dukunde Kawa Musasa from last season. That was one of the Best beans I have ever had.

WOW! musta been good if you can remember from last season. The only long term memory I have of any coffee is Ethiopia IMV, best coffee EVER! Okay, I might recall a few others, but that one stands out.

Colombia Guzman Micro, roasted 3 days ago to city+. I like it better at the darker roast. Hmmm, no surprise, I guess. Now, why did I do this lighter roast?
:-) :-)

New coffee! Sweet Maria's Shanga Babor SWP Decaf Blend :-) Roasted 24 hours ago to FC++, drip, dollop. Surprisingly mild and smooth for as dark as this roast came out. Nothing bad about it decaf wise. I like it.
I will defintely slow the roast and shoot for lighter the next time. It'll be a while, I have enough for 5 more half pots.

New coffee! Brazil Cerrado Fazenda No-Name-O :-) Roasted 2 days ago two tone, city+-FC+, drip, dollop & splash. You know what I was going for and I nailed it, chocolate covered nuts! I'm hoping the chocolate comes a little more forward as the coffee rests, but it's plenty good right now. Both with 1/2&1/2 and 2%.
