Did double days today. Went this morning and now. Back and chest with arms today.

Did legs today. 4 sets of 8 squats, extensions, press and 6 sets of 10 calves. I skipped Monday, so I guess I'll be going in on Saturday to keep the schedule steady. That sucks.

Upper body wo in the garage cont on 03/19 and 03/21:
Standing reverse curls x4/8reps
Standing bicep curls x4/8reps
Standing french press x4/8reps
Standing upright row x4/8reps
Assault dosage up to 18g at this time with no side effects. Nice point about the pwo, gives me great focus when out in the field doing work. Just love it. I was thinking about adding a shoulder press in with the above routine. Sound good? The above wo takes between 45 - 60min...

A nice 40min walk this morning with the dawg, and even better workout in the garage:

Standing press x4/8reps (NEW) added this morning.
Upped the dosage on the Assault to 20g with good energy and focus. So much so I had to add another routine:-) Lovin the Assault!

Finally back to Clean & Jerks and Power Cleans. Cleaned 225 after not doing it for several months. Also started Animal Test by Universal Nutrition...WOW strength has gone way up.
