First workout with the trainer. She really kicked my ass and all the Covid steps she has to take make the routine a bit of a joke. Consolidating which machines and dumbbells to keep the cleaning down to a minimum. Tough to be a trainer during Covid.
Been biking about 100 miles a week, but the step up's with 15 lb a hand really hit some leg areas untouched by biking. Hurting two days later! Never mind the chest.
Going with her once a week and hope to get one workout a week on my own.

My gyms are only requiring masks upon entry and exit. But there's lots of distancing. Glad your trainer experience is going well, Moses.

Some people at my gym will & have complained to town health officials if someone pulls down their mask while working out or is within 14' of each other while working out. The live for being a tattle tale and wanting others to suffer. Happened more than once at my gym. At least the inspectors have said the gym is compliant.
Sad, but that's the mentality here in the Commonwealth.

The wait is over! Gyms open in Michigan on the 9th.
Used the hotel gyms here. Went light, lots of reps (probably a bad idea after the long my hiatus). Dumbbells for everything.

30% incline x3
Seated at overhead press x2
Felt my shoulders not liking all the sudden work. So ended it there.
